About

I am an aspiring art director for theatre and screen, based in the South East of England in Surrey. Upon finishing Sixth form, I achieved two A*’s in Art and Design and a B in A level Psychology. Leaving year 11 I achieved 9 GCSE’s with grade 9 in Fine Art and Drama.

Throughout previous years I have been able to assume the role of Production Designer and lead an art department in many school productions. In 2023 I was selected to take part in a BFI run Art department course, gaining hands on experience with the skills and responsibilities of an Art Director. Following this, I have written and produced several artistic, abstract short films, and have assumed the role of Art department assistant on a short film ‘On the Line’. I have also worked for Bohanna Griffin Associates, assisting in the making of props for the Warner Bros Studio Tour.

The creative process of taking a story and breaking it down into mood boards, technical drawings, white card models and final construction is what inspires me to bring stories to life through visual aesthetic and design, whilst researching relevant artistic movements and styles to support the project.

In order to gain more experience, I am always seeking new creative, collaborative and work opportunities.
